I had a making money plan seminar to one of the biggest house maker's manager last Friday.
Most of all customers worry about money , so we can give them good advises and we can make their money plan.
The seminar was success!!!
We will collaborate each other and I'm sure we can make win-win relationship.

Japanese party style has changed a lot recently.
Everyone went to hotel for a christmas dinner with there loves in 1980s.
But now many people have a home party on christmas.
They buy 1000yen chicken ,1000yen sparkring wines, pizza and etc.
Everyone seems satisfy it....
Is it really good change!?
Happiness has nothing to do with money.
But I don't want people to compromise.
I want everyone to try to find their best way and be rich.
It's the way to difference.
I want to find my way.
I want to try.

Agriculture is popular in Japan recently. Young ladies try to make vegetables.
We tend to use computer all day, so it's good for our health.
But it's difference between hobby and job.
Agriculture job is not so easy to make money.
I think we Japanese import lots of cheep food from another country.
If Japanese farmer make vegetables,fruits or rice it must be expensive.
10-20 years later Japanese working population will decrease.
Young people should work in front.
My idea is old people participate agriculture and teach the knowhow to children at school.
It will be important young people communicate with old people and then they learn lots of things from each other.

Dubai is very close to a financial crisis now.
It's postponed the payment of Dubai bond.
If Dubai collapse, world financial crisis will start again.
And the exchange rate will be mad again.
Bubble always burst someday.

The percentage of those supporting the present cabinet has fallen to 62.5%.
Japanese Prime Minister Hatoyama is still popular among Japanese nations.
But I think the Hatoyama cabinet cannot compete on the world market in the near future.
When the Liberal Democratic Party came into power, they put money into the companies.
But now Hatoyama's Liberal Democratic Party put money into the private citizen.
Japanese citizen are happy to get money from government now however our Japanese future isn't good.
Because foreign investors won't expect Japanese powerless companies unless we make strong companies.
Japanese strength are technology and quality but Chinese cheep mass-production is more demanded recently.
We have to change our system as soon as possible otherwise we will be ignored from other countries.
We really need a real reader like Obama....

My company's top sales man told me this word today.
I've been worried about my life these days.
....about job and life.
I've thought what to do in my job and life so much.
I lost my way and I stopped completely.
I told him about my situation today and he said, "Pinch is chance".
It's touched for me and I got power to go toward!
I'll do my best and have a wonderful life. And then I'll help people who want to help.

I got an offer recently. It's kind of a head hunting.
They want a lady as a seminar teacher in the FP company.
I'm really happy to hear that.
But I will refuse that offer.

This financial crisis is not only bad things but also good things.
For example, people who lost their jobs and nothing to do, they started jogging, walking or excises.
And then they stopped going out for lunch or dinner. They started cooking at home.
They went to bed earlier and communicated with their families.
We need to rest sometime!!!

My colleagues and I had a couppling party yesterday.
There are 14woman and 13man.
I invited my customers because many people don't have chance to meet single people.
I guess they enjoyed the party.

Our company (AXA corporation) had a business coaching seminar.
It was Ok for me but the best thing was we drank AXA wine after the seminar.
AXA has a Chateau winery in France. It's all we can drink and eat food at Tokyu hotel.
I felt very rich and I was happy about that.
AXA wine is good taste!

Some people believe when we throw out something what we don't need, we can get something in the space.
So I throw out big things. Probably I will get big things soon!
However charging fees for garbage collection system isn't good for me.

China's GDP(7-9 2009) has 8.9% risen.
Wow, China is very strong!!!
It's very good things for the world economy.
But for me ..... sometimes it's not good.
The reason why it's not good for me is Chinese yellow sand.
When it's very windy, Japanese people get an allergic disease.
Chinese yellow sand include toxic substances set off hay fever,asthma and headache.
It reminds me 1970's Japanese pollution.
Lots of people suffered from pollution-triggered diseases for a long time.
Economic growth is wonderful. But the other hand we have to think about environmental protections.
I hope our planet will be cleaner and nobody suffer from any diseases any more....

Dow Jones Industrial Average is rising recently. It became over %10,000.
Only unemployment rate isn't still good but others are getting better.
I guess GDP rate from June-September will rase about 3-4%.
It will announce end of october.
And Australia rose 0.35% higher interest rates.
It means Australian economy is going well.
But I think it comes from China.
Because China imports lots of iron ore from Australia.

Japanese government announced the percentage of the low income bracket is 15,7% in Japan.
This rate seems quite high but "the low income" salary = less than ¥2,781,000.- .
This salary is not so bad because we can live enough.
I went to Cebu in August. I saw many many people who don't have house, food, cloths.
I don't think they get salary and any subsidy.
We have to change this planet. All people were born this planet as a human.
Everyone is the same. No one must not stave to death.

The stock market has been rising recently. But Chrysler and General motors have to present their budget by the end of April and May. It's possible to go bankrupt.
In addition many American company will settle an account from next week.
So you have to watch carefully.
But the other hand,Chinese economy is recovering little by little.
And the corse of this financial crisis - the price of houses stop going down.
So you can expect soon, I think!!

Cherry blossom has been blooming this season. We usually have a HANAMI party to watch,eat and drink under those trees every year.
But this season HANAMI party is influenced by the world financial crisis.
We usually buy Sushi, food beer a lot. But this season pizza and hops beer are popular.
Uhn, I hope world economy will recover soon and I want to eat lots of Sushi with some of Wasabi!!

A Indian car company (Tata motors) announced "nano" last day.
It's a small car but the cost is amazing. It's only 100,000 rupee.
Japanese car average cost 2,500,000 yen (860,000 rupee).
Wow,I'm started worrying about Japanese car.

Japan won the world baseball classic final game on 24th March. It was long game and took about 4 hours.
The game finished 2:30 (Japan time) and Japanese share rose up over 200 yen after that.
The economic effective will about 55000000000 yen.

Japanese people believe Swiss bank is very famous in the world.
The reason come from some of japanese cartoon, for example "Lupin the 3rd" and “Golgo13"
They have a secret account and they keep money there.
Almost Japanese even adult believe Switzerland has swiss bank but the bank doesn't exist.
I think the model is UBS. Many rubbers have secret account in UBS like Lupin and Golgo!??

Japanese Prime-Minister Taro Aso decided to cut expressway toll.
It's really good for Japanese nation.
The plan seems likely to bring good results for a while.
Because if everyone goes to far place,they will stay out,eat out or buy souvenir,they will spend money.
And then Aso also decided to provide money for nation.
I hope it will recover this financial crisis.

Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso is very close to resign his post.
The percentage of his supporting the present cabinet has fallen to 11 percent.
His father (Shigeru Yoshida) was also Prime Minister & he is very famous.
He signed the Treaty of Mutual Security Act between Japan and America after the world war Ⅱ.

Alan Greenspan(the Chairman of the Federal Reserve of the US)said "It's possible that many big banks may be nationarized for a time". This shake all of the world. The next day, most of investers sold Citibank and Bank of America's share and those prices has dropped below $2.
Most of American people believed he was the greatest economist 3 years ago but after sub-prime problem figure out people started thinking about the source of this financial crises may come from his idea.
He recognized he was wrong but I don't think he was wrong. I think he grew American economy after 9,11 and he did very well
but he should have stopped an easy-money policy earlier.
Anyway his remarks is very influential, he should speak more carefully.

He was too drunk to speak clearly and he slept in the meeting.
It became a big news all of the world and he quit the Financial Minister 3 days later.

Japanese economy is very serious situation.
The GDP from October to December 2008 decreased 12.7%.
It's the second worse result after the oil shock in 1974.
And America and Europe also decreased but not as much as Japan.
It's a emergency situation.
I think one of the biggest reason is Japanese government.
Japanese government doesn't work right now.
So Japanese economy is getting worse and worse during that.
We should think about our future and improve ourselves!

Carlos Ghosn the president of Nissan company announced that
Nissan loss 18thousand million dollers and company will lay 20000 people off.
I think that it's severe time for car makers.
Because they are confronted with the world financial crisis and
a storong yen.
But he is a real manager.
